Customised products at short notice
In our quest for excellence and continuous optimisation, we are constantly adapting our coil-coating lines to rapidly respond to your technical and aesthetic requirements. Our two lines are equipped with a fast colour changing system that gives us great flexibility in terms of the range and quantities of colours we can provide.
Our coil-coating lines have a maximum width of 720 and 420 mm for thicknesses between approximatively 0.18 and 1.50 mm.
Our commitment to the environment
Solvent fumes are extracted and incinerated during the entire coating process. This procedure enables us to reduce VOC emissions while drastically cutting our energy consumption and therefore our CO² emissions.
Furthermore, excess energy is recuperated and used to heat our production, storage halls and office buildings.
